We love getting inspiration from Instagram and have a number of favourites we follow and like. Penally Abbey, in nearby Tenby, isn’t a recent infatuation for us. In fact we’ve been following and supporting them since day one as they have been us. Penally Abbey not only offers an award winning Michelin Star boutique hotel experience, the owners Lucas & Melanie also happen to be great personal friends of ours dating right back to our school days. Originally trained and qualified as an interior designer, owner Melanie Boisevain is a loyal customer at our Showroom and a great supporter of our online soft furnishing venture Boeboes. We hope you agree that they are well worth a follow on Instagram to regularly see our soft furnishings feature in the magnificent setting that is Penally Abbey.
Our company founder, Audrey Johns, used to work as a graphic designer at the first professional theatre company in Pembrokeshire. Here she became a regular leading lady with the Milford Haven Operatic Society who still have their home at The Torch Theatre, in nearby Milford Haven.
Established in 1997 ‘The Torch‘ now has its own cinema, café, art gallery, youth theatre and community programmes. The Pembrokeshire theatre venue attracts International performances throughout the calendar and has charity status.
This autumn, visitors can enjoy tribute music bands such as The Upbeat Beatles and UK Pink Floyd Experience, plus comedy from Mark Simmons and Ivo Graham. You can also experience many films and a great fun pantomime of Beauty and the Beast this December.
