Founded by Alice Smith who heads up the Cutting and Fabric Quality Control at Audrey Johns’ Pembrokeshire HQ, Sgrinhouse is a textile studio based in Dale (Pembrokeshire), on the Welsh coast designing and hand printing fabrics. Sgrinhouse focuses on the important principles of textiles; pattern, colour, form and its place in the avant-garde, relishing bold colour and modern design that holds a creative ongoing dialogue with the world of art.

FOCUS/25 (15 – 19 SEPTEMBER)
Focus/25 showcases new creativity in design, featuring autumn/winter launches from top interior brands. The event includes inspiring talks and over 135 showrooms, with new arrivals and 35+ pop-up House Guests like Sgrinhouse. It promises valuable connections and idea-sharing. Focus/25 will bring together an outstanding line-up of global brands, talented makers, creatives and thought leaders who will influence interior design in the year to come.
FOCUS/25: THE LONGER VIEW (22 SEPTEMBER – 16 OCTOBER)
Keeping the Design Centre front of mind, Focus/25’s dynamism then continues with Focus/25: The Longer View.
This special show gives visitors greater opportunity to explore new creativity in product and design from 35 House Guests (including Sgrinhouse) as well as the Design Centre’s 135+ showrooms. Additionally, there will be an exhibition of specially curated craft content and a programme of inspiring talks and tours.

Pop-up House Guests in situ in the Design Avenue offer more ways for visitors to encounter exceptional talent. Handpicked to exhibit, they will showcase their products to a global audience of designers, architects and specifiers eager to discover the latest in creativity and craftsmanship for ongoing projects.
